Class 1 is done!

BOOM!
My last assignment for class 1 is submitted. All I have to do next week is to gather all my assignments and put it all in one video file. I might be tweaking on my drunk walk depending on what my mentor has to say about it, but honestly right now I am sooo done with that walk. I did it, I learned my lessons about workflow and I'll move on to the next one!

Here is my finished drunk walk and a pose showing of balance

Week 10 - Drunk walk

Wow! Week 10 is done and only two more weeks to Class 2, I can't wait!

This last assignment is to do a personality walk.
We should keep it in between 50-100 frames and this first week only the blocking phase. So that means that it's going to look jerky because it doesn't moves on every frame, it just jumps from pose to pose that I made on every 3-5 frames or so.
The pose for this week was "Exhausted", which I and every classmates of mine could all relate to at this point...

And here is the planning for my drunk walk.
Luckily I had good video reference because I can't tell what's going on in this planning.

Next week I'll polish my drunk walk and make a pose portraying Balance. Stay tuned...

Week 8&9 - Vanilla walks

Sorry I didn't post last week, but I felt it wasn't interesting for you guys to see it as it just was the blocking phase. This means that I only key the most important frames in a walk cycle. I guess all you would see is choppy stop motion like animation.
So we had two weeks to finish this vanilla walk, which is an expression for standard walk. And even though I had made a lot of walks at Noroff before, I kind of didn't understand the essence of a walk until now.

You know what, I'm leaving the blocking phase as well. Maybe you actually want to see it...

And also Stu is back and he had this to show us; Physical Strength and Concerned.

My next two weeks will be to animate a walk with personality. Spoiler; I've chosen a drunk walk...
